CoNectar x Ruckus Honey Pairing Dinner

Celebrate Pollinator Month with a special Honey Pairing Dinner in the Ruckus Room on Friday, June 26 at 6 PM. Ruckus is pleased to host CoNectar Flora-to-Table Education, Inc. for an evening built around the beauty, flavor, and importance of pollinators in our food system. CoNectar is a Millvale-based 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation dedicated to connecting communities with multi-sensory “flora-to-table” education and pollinator awareness.

Guests will enjoy a chef-curated four-course menu featuring CoNectar honey varieties thoughtfully paired with local brews. From savory honey accents to a rich burnt-honey dessert, each course is designed to showcase the complexity of honey while highlighting the vital role pollinators play in the foods we love.

Appatizer:

Goat Cheese Arancini with roasted red pepper and shallot coulis Paired with IPAs

Salad:

Roasted Strawberry & Arugula Salad with roasted pecans, balsamic vinegar, and honeyed ricotta salata paired with summer sour or shandy

Entrée Choice

Honey Roasted Chicken Thighs with roasted figs and grapes, roasted sweet potatoes, and tri-color carrots

or

Honey-Cured Denver Chuck Steak with roasted fingerling potatoes and seared glazed parsnips

Dessert:

Espresso Layer Cake with Burnt-Honey Buttercream Icing paired with dessert stout or coffee

Tickets are $65 per person or $115 per couple. Seating is limited, and tickets must be purchased online in advance at RuckusCafe.com.
