Enjoy a unique Vegan Dinner Pairing combining Open Road Non-Alc Beverages & creations by the chefs at Ruckus for a unique twist for your palate - presented by New Wave Libations.

Menu: First course: 

Drink: Clear View Cider

Salad: Apple, walnut salad paired with agave vinaigrette  

Second course:

Drink: Little Saints: St. Ember

Small plate: Chunky slices of portabella pan fried on a tostada with a sweet and spicy Thai chili sauce and carrot and red cabbage slaw with cilantro micro greens

Third course: 

Drink Ghia- Lime and Salt- this contains elderflower, ginger and lemon balm. 

Main: Pad Thai with fried tofu and peanuts 

Dessert Course:

Drink: Bubbly Rosé 

Dessert: Matcha cake with Strawberry glaze & coconut
