Steak & Eggs — $20

House-marinated Denver chuck steak, seared cast iron-style and topped with fresh chimichurri. Served with roasted potatoes, two eggs any way, and toast.

Cuban Sandwich — $15 + side

Marinated roasted pork, Swiss cheese, sliced ham, yellow mustard, and dill pickle slices on grilled sourdough.

Banana Bread French Toast — $13

House-made banana bread battered and grilled, topped with fresh bananas, roasted pecans, bourbon-honey drizzle, powdered sugar, and whipped cream.

Pop’s Power Bowl — $12

Bacon, spinach, quinoa, grilled sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, and chipotle Hollandaise sauce.
