CONVERSATIONS WITH DOCTOR BOB focuses upon life's moments that offer an opportunity to reimagine ourselves. Identifying challenges, rather than regarding them as problems, facilitates resolution. The aim is to take control of our lives regardless of the situation. Utilizing explanations instead of making excuses offers insight to motivate constructive behavior change. Dr. Bob offers new and constructive ways to address day to-day problems that tend to undermine creative thinking. We all have the ability to overcome any adversity if we believe in ourselves, are willing to address, not avoid, our problems and are flexible in our problemsolving.

Dr. Robert Andolina, PhD, aka Dr. Bob, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He developed and is the Clinical Director of Child and Adolescent Clinical Associates in Cranberry Township Pennsylvania (1985). Dr. Bob, is also the clinical Director of The Hampstead Holistic Institute located in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Dr. Bob has developed numerous inpatient and outpatient services including inpatient psychiatric units, inpatient behavioral medicine programs and residential substance-abuse programs, in Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, and Florida. He has been a monthly guest on local radio talk show programs for over 17 years.
